Microsoft has announced its line-up for the Tokyo Game Show 2007. We’ll be seeing over 82 Xbox 360 games and a few Xbox Live Arcade games as well.
Titles as Halo 3, Assassin’s Creed, Devil May Cry 4 and Medal of Honor: Airborne will be playable on the showfloor. (more…)

During the EA NEXT conference Electronic Arts has revealed the game Populous for the Nintendo DS. The original game was created by Bullfrog and came out in 1989, the last Populous game, subtitled The Beginning, came out in 1998. We don’t know if the game is a remake or a complete new game for the Nintendo DS, but we do know that it will feature a four player wireless multiplayer mode.

PlayStation is concentrating on the Leipzig Games Convention that starts in a couple of week in Europe. Sony showed some nice stuff at this year’s E3 2007 and apparently they will be showing more new software and who knows hardware at the

Natsume has announced another Harvest Moon game for the Nintendo DS called Harvest Moon DS Cute. If all goes well this game should appear in the Americas in the first quarter of 2008. In this game it’s all about the Harvest Godess and the Witch Princess who have a hate-love affaire going on. The witch did a wrong spell on the Harvest Godess and now she’s in another world! Now it’s up to the 101 Harvest Sprites to get her back.

Microsoft is making your collection of retro Xbox games a little more valuable by making a whole list of those games playable on the Xbox 360. When you put one of those games from the list in your Xbox 360 and you’re connected to Xbox Live, you’ll have to get an update from Xbox Live to run the game on your 360 console.

Jack Tretton, CEO at Sony, has announced that the 100 dollar pricedrop of the 60 GB model of the PlayStation 3 was just meant to get rid of the stock of those 60 GB machines. They want to make some space for the 80 GB model that will replace the standard 60 GB. When all 60 GB machines are gone, we’ll have to pay 599 dollar again for a PlayStation 3.

Alex Rigopulos, CEO at Harmonix, has announced during E3 that they plan to release new Rock Band content every week. There will even appear whole albums on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Shop! The Who’s ‘Who’s Next’ will be the first available song for download after the launch of the game.
Another interesting bit of info is that Metallica gets a role in this Rock Band for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii as well. Enter Sandman will be in the game and after the release of the game there will be extra downloadable songs of the band available.

Disney has announced that Altron is currently working on the filmgame of Enchanted. You’ll take the role of Giselle in this game, a girl who’s banned from the cartoonworld and now has to survive without in Manhattan New York. Each character will have his/her own abilities and magic powers to defeat the evil queen Narissa. Together with Pip we’ll be playing tons of cool mini-games in this magical Nintendo DS game!

Since today it’s possible to download the new Xbox 360 demo of the latest Stuntman: Ignition game on the Xbox Live Marketplace. The demo will take about 641,90 MB from your hard drive and it will take you through the world of a Hollywood-stuntman. Downloading the demo could take a while since XBL is being overused with all that new downloadable content.
