The big game Blizzard is currently working on is off course the sequel on StarCraft I, but today the studio announced that they’re working on two new projects. Frank Pearce from Blizzard doesn’t confirm the rumors, but he did say that the third and new developer team of Blizzard is working on a fantastic game and now he wasn’t talking about StarCraft: Ghost, but about a whole new game that hasn’t been showed to the public yet. It’s still unknown when they will give the first info on footage of the game. Diablo III and World of Warcraft rumors are aiming at an announcement of BlizzCon that starts on August 3. Stay hooked on WoW until then and check us back for the latest info on Blizzard’s new game!

Unreal Tournament 3 is probably one of the toughest games that we’ve seen today, however that some Guitar Hero III and Rock Band rockstars are pretty tough as well. Anyway, Unreal Tournament is back for some shooting!

Looks like we’ll really have to face that enormous Brumak in Gears of War for the PC. Well, fine by us, all we want is the game right now because it looks even better than the Xbox 360 version. Check out the E3 Microsoft press conference on-stage demonstration.

Blizzard, World of Warcraft, Skeletons, WoWToo bad for those Chinese gamers, but in their version of World of Warcraft there won’t be any skeletons! The skeletons in the Chinese game have flesh and skin around their bones to make it a little more decent. Dead players now have a gravestone to show that they’re dead. And off course Chinese gamers aren’t happy with the decision Blizzard made. We feel sorry for them, they will really miss those skeletons!

E3, Electronic Entertainment Expo, E3 Media and Business Summit, E3 2007

Tecmo isn’t going to E3 this year but they’re not the only company that’s not happy with the rearrangements of the Electronic Entertainment Expo. Retailer GameStop will send less employees to E3 than last year and Best Buy isn’t going at all. GameCock Media Group is another publisher that’s not going to Santa Monica. GameCock even thinks that next year E3 will be no more.

GameStop, Microsoft, Sony, Xbox 360, PS3, PlayStation 3, stranglehold

GameStop wants to make us believe that the Xbox 360 version of Stranglehold is coming out on August 6th while the PlayStation 3 and PC versions will come out on August 20th. From what we heard all three versions should come out on August 6th. We’d like some confirmation, but remember that it’s not the first time that a PS3-version of game is causing release problems. Anyway, we’ll hear more from John Woo’s Stranglehold at E3.

MoH: Airborne, Medal of Honor, Airborne, Sony, PlayStation 3, Electronic Arts, EA

Patrick Gilmore, executive producer at Electronic Arts, told us today why Medal of Honor: Airborne has been delayed. The reason is that they received their PlayStation 3 development kit later than the PC and Xbox 360 dev kit. Gilmore still likes the PlayStation 3 and that’s why he doesn’t want to make the PS3-version of Medal of Honor Airborne the worst version of the three. He also wants to implent some cool SIXAXIS features and one of the things he mentioned is controlling your parachute by tilting the controller. Sounds cool, let’s hope it will work out well. Check out a small part of an interview with Patrick Gilmore after the jump. (more…)

Gears of War is one of the reasons why you should get Microsoft’s Xbox 360 but right now it looks like the game won’t stay an Xbox 360 exclusive title. GameVideos accidentally posted a Gears of War for PC trailer while the trailer was meant for this year’s E3. But now we know for sure that Epic Games is busy with a PC-version of Gears of War. The framerate looks better, the resolution as well and it appears that there will be some extra content added to the PC-version. We still have a YouTube version, but it’s a pitty that the quality isn’t that good.
