Frank Gibeau spread the word that Electronic Arts is working on The Godfather 2, but he couldn’t tell on which platforms the game will appear. We’ll probably be seeing a PS3 and Xbox 360 version but hopefully a Wii version as well. With games like The Godfather 2, Crysis and Army of Two EA wants to reach adults who want to game.

According to Kotaku, Nintendo has boosted the production of Wii videogame consoles. Sunplus Technology, Lite-On and Wistron Corp were linked to Nintendo recently and now rumors say that Nintendo has stimulated the companies that supply their parts to give the production a boost. Nintendo is probably just pissed of all those gamers complaining that they still don’t have a Wii console in their house yet.

Normally UK gamers should be playing Mario Party 8 for the Nintendo Wii since yesterday, but Nintendo had to recall all British versions of the game because there’s an error in the game! According to Nintendo the games are being called in because of a production failure, but the truth is that the word ‘Spastic’ is in the game. Ubisoft’s Nintendo DS game Mind Quiz contained the same word and they called the game back in as well.
