After the European Xbox 360 pricedrop of today there’s now a rumor running that the first shipment of Microsoft’s Xbox 360 Elite is bundled with Blue Dragon. A nice black Xbox 360 Elite with a 120 GB hard drive, HDMI output, free game, 449 euro, tempting if you ask us! Let’s hope this rumor is true.

We say Microsoft made a mess with all those different Xbox 360 flavors and bundles and today they tried to reorganize it a bit by throwing in two new flavors to the Xbox 360 brand. Starting from August 24th the European Xbox 360 Premium with 20 GB hard drive will cost 349,99 euro, a pricecut of 50 euro. The Core edition withouth hard drive gets a 20 euro pricecut and will cost starting from Friday only 279,99 euro. On that very same day of the pricedrop Microsoft will launch the Xbox 360 Elite with a 120 GB hard drive for 449,95 euro, the 120 GB hard drive sold seperately will cost 179,99 euro.

When they’re through their stock of ‘old’ Xbox 360 consoles Microsoft will bring its reviewed Xbox 360 with HDMI gate in two new flavors. The Xbox 360 Premium and Xbox 360 Core will disappear in the shadow of the Xbox 360 Pro and Xbox 360 Arcade. The Xbox 360 Arcade comes with a wireless controller and a 256 MB Memory Card with five Xbox Live Arcade games stored on it, the Xbox 360 Pro is basically the Xbox 360 Premium with a HDMI gate.

The SKATE demo is the first Xbox 360 demo that features the special upload function that allows EA’s website to receive your homemade SKATE tapes.

3D Realms has announced that they will be porting Duke Nukem 3D, one of the most popular First Person Shooters ever, to the Xbox Live Arcade.
