Some kids found out that in the config file of the BioShock demo there is something about the PlayStation 3. Take2 Games has a ‘Non-Disclosure-Agreement’ with Microsoft and that could make this PS3 version of BioShock before the official release of the game in Europe pretty expensive.

We just have the hardware sales from Japan in, but they don’t look that interesting. The usual, Nintendo DS Lite owns all and the Wii is the best selling next-generation console in Japan. The PlayStation Portable is selling better than its big brother, the PlayStation 3. Silently the PlayStation 2 is starting to fade away in the shadow of the mighty PS3. Oh and the GameCube sold 131 units.

DSL 147,025
Wii 65,120
PSP 32,147
PS3 21,321
PS2 12,545
Xbox360 2,112
GBM 366

Sierra Entertainment has announced that A2M is developing a new action game called WET. This game will come out next year for Sony’s PlayStation 3 and Microsoft’s Xbox 360. The main character in this game is Rubi, a brave female who’s a mix of Uma Thurman and Angelina Jolie. Sometimes she has to steal stuff, sometimes she kills someone, sometimes she protects a VIP. That’s a nice job with a whole lot of variety in it! But there’s more, the style she uses in her actions is completely in Tarantino style with Mexico and Hong Kong flavor. Sounds like a spicy woman, we’d love to see more of her, and hear more of her as well off course!

With other games it’ll be about creating a whole different dynamic so, in a way, you could say there is much more potential and ability in our technology.
