Jack Tretton, CEO at Sony, has announced that the 100 dollar pricedrop of the 60 GB model of the PlayStation 3 was just meant to get rid of the stock of those 60 GB machines. They want to make some space for the 80 GB model that will replace the standard 60 GB. When all 60 GB machines are gone, we’ll have to pay 599 dollar again for a PlayStation 3.
